The owner, Brandon Turner, is a licensed General Contractor in the state of North Carolina with over 25 years of experience. Piedmont Signature Homes focuses on quality and attention to detail in order to complete the custom home that you want and deserve! Every worker is licensed or certified in their respective field. Every home has its hurdles and challenges, but it’s how those situations are handled that separate seasoned veterans from rookies!

Brandon Turner, founder and owner, graduated from High Point University in 2001 and worked for regional builders and building supply companies that gave him valuable experiences and allowed him to learn the ins and outs of the construction and development industry. This provided him with the vision to establish the values and overall direction for the organization he would like to run one day. Brandon started his development and construction career in 2006 and since then, has supervised the construction and development of multiple subdivisions constructing over 85 homes ranging from $180K to over $600K. In 2008, Brandon had an opportunity to go out on his own and started High Point General Contractors, a construction company specializing in high end custom remodels and additions. The experience gained on the remodel side of construction has only continued to improve Brandon’s overall knowledge of home building.
An extensive knowledge in construction is only half of what makes a good home builder. The other half is the realization of the importance, as well as the ability, to build lasting relationships – with suppliers, subcontractors, AND customers. The relationships Brandon has built over the years with quality subs and suppliers allows him the confidence he needs to provide his customers with a high quality home that meets or exceeds their expectations. The relationships he builds with his customers is not only based on the quality finished product he provides, but more importantly the continued honest communication that is provided throughout the process. Brandon received his construction DNA from his dad who taught him to build his business based on Christian values, hard work, integrity and respect. It’s these values he strives daily to instill in his own children, that will hopefully be passed on to their children. Those are qualities that will always make Brandon Turner & Piedmont Signature Homes stand out from the sea of websites and custom home builders.

After years of building homes and ‘listening better to build better’ we have heard over and over that the customer experience for custom home building – while exciting is stressful and unnerving. So Piedmont Signature homes has brought in a Custom Home Build Consultant to make the experience more user friendly and less stressful.
After you have contracted with Piedmont Signature Homes to build your new home, you will begin to work with Barry Darnell. He is a professional in the housing industry and will keep you ahead of schedule with your selections and the timeline by scheduling meetings with designers and providers. Barry is very skilled at answering questions and helping to provide clarity to alleviate stress and make this process the experience that you hoped it would be. Barry has lived here in the Piedmont area since 1987. He is a father of two, a great listener, and a problem solver. He knows the area, knows the process and he knows the business. We are excited to demonstrate how much he will help your personal experience of building a custom home.
